We will not offer any refunds after an order is shipped. However if a mistake was made on our part please let us know within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged if we are notified with 7 days of delivery. No exchanges are accepted.


Tru Joy Body Care currently uses USPS for all of our shipping needs. UPS and FedEx are not available at this moment and will be added at a later unknown date.

All of our items are handmade and will ship within 3-5 business days after placing your order. If there is any delay in fulfilling your order we will contact you. We will provide you with a tracking number for your convenience.

Please note that Tru Joy Body Care is not responsible for lost, late, or stolen packages once received by the USPS. Tru Joy Body Care shall not be held liable for any interruption or delay of USPS delivery due to reasons beyond our control, including, but not limited to the following: incorrect or missing address information, the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, customs, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks and national disasters, etc.
